Cooking mighty rice® is mighty easy. This is all you need to do if serving 4 – 6 people:
1. Add 1 cup of rice to 1½ cups of water. Bring to the boil over a high heat.
2. Cover. Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 20 mins.
3. Remove from heat. Rest for a few mins. Fluff with fork. Serve. Mighty nice.
